Campaign Design

This campaign was designed for a real estate project called Sugam Habitat by the Sugam Homes Group.

This was a sales driven campaign for the real estate group. The motive was to get bookings by informing interested clientele that the project was “ready to move in” the following year.

This led us to the tagline – Habitable Next Year which builds on the project name – Habitat.

The project promises sustainable living and green luxury. The same had to be resonate through our creative deliverables. The designs needed to be both informative and clean.  The campaign describes the project as luxury home in the heart of Kolkata.
